Bibox frozen withdraws (since 1.5 years)

Dear Bank Social investors, Unfortunately, our 2 million BSL/eth assets, which we have stored in the BIBOX cyrpto exchange for about three years to build our future, were captured by the transaction freezing method while we were going to transfer them to our own wallets. Due to our subsequent research and our suspicions about the stalling tactics of the exchange’s support line, we realized that the exchange victimized its users by using the same method not only for BSL assets but also for all other assets. Now, we, as the Turkish side, believe that BSL SOFTWARE will provide justice and believe that this theft can be prevented. We want to take the issue of taking our assets back from the eth wallet of this thieving stock exchange to a vote. We know that withdrawing assets from stock exchanges in accordance with the legislation is negative, but this stock exchange is committing a registered theft and not only us but everyone is victimized. It does. In the visuals, we also present you the Bibox theft complaints on the internet complaint lines and the proof of the transfer that did not reach our wallet. As the Turkish side, we demand that sensitivity be shown to this process, with the contributions of you, our valued investors, and that an important project such as BSL should never be listed on such garbage exchanges. regards…

Not sure what the team can do here but hoping there is some action the team can take on your behalf. If not always best to move on and learn the lessons of not putting in CEX’s.

I propose that the dev team looks into the legal requirements of such an action. Or that the team gives the community the tools to do the research.

The most logical move would be for the team to officially warn the owner of this application and take back the Banksocial tokens from this fraudulent place.

BSL has directed its investors to the most reliable platforms, and if that platform is faulty, it will do what is necessary.

If Bibox has acted in an illegal manner, BSL team should definitely get those tokens of that exchange and into the hands of the rightful owners.
If I remember correctly, Bibox listed BSL on its own. Maybe that’s what they do to scam innocent investors.

This sounds like an issue for the Turkish courts (of law) to decide. This is the correct process for this matter.

Bibox, an organization that has nothing to do with Turkish courts, seems to be registered with Estonia. We wrote to the embassy, but unfortunately we were informed that Bibox is an unregistered organization.

This really sux people are getting burned by a fraudulent entity. But this is not BankSocial’s responsibility. Arbitrarily burning tokens to reissue without law enforcement or legal participation would kill this project dead in its tracks. I sure hope everyone understands this.

There is no need for it to be reprinted, I know that Banksocial has the possibility of taking it back. Tokens can be recovered from that organization with a special software. Learn about this software. Tokens have been taken back from fraudsters dozens of times.

This software must impose the necessary sanctions on that exchange and banksocial investors must be safe.
