as a follow up, below is the proposal for the charter for an initial discussion … it incorporates some initial feedback from a few community members who helped me shape it

Hey everyone, As we continue to grow and evolve as a DAO, I think it’s important to have something that brings together our shared vision, roles, and how we operate—especially since our structure can feel a bit complex. Our DAO is uniquely shaped, and many of the common assumptions from other Web3 projects don’t necessarily apply to us.
